Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17866 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., till the first accused is secured by the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.14992 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17866 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
