ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnor/ Respondent for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 20.02.2023 passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3124 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate would submit that the order has been complied and appropriate certificate was also issued to the petitioner through post. Hence the matter case become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
