ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(B), 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC r/w Section 3 1/3

and 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 in Crime No.39 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent on specific instructions submitted that summons has been issued to the petitioner under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C and the petitioner has also attended the enquiry.

3.In the light of the above submission, since the respondent Police has resorted to conduct an enquiry with the petitioner, after issuing summons, there is no immediate apprehension of arrest till the petitioner properly attends the enquiry. 4.This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. sd/- 15/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / /11/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
