Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.K.ABIYA, Legal aid counsel for the 3rd respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.776 of 2023 on 15.09.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly from 15.09.2023. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.(MD)No.776 of 2023 on 15.09.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned police station once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 09/01/2024 / TRUE COPY / /01/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
