ORDER
The petitioner's request to issue a computerized patta vide his representation dated 20.02.2023 in respect of the land comprised in S.No.1508/4, measuring an extent of 24 cents, at Edaiaypatti East Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, not having been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue computerized patta in favour of the petitioner.
2. Considering the request of the petitioner and the fact that the computerized patta had not been granted to date to the petitioner, a Mandamus is issued to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
