ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the fourth respondent has lodged a complaint and on that basis, FIR came to be registered in CSR.No.1144 of 2022 and that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the enquiry.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent has fixed a CCTV camera, in such a way, to affect the privacy of the petitioner.

4. No doubt, there are two civil suits pending between the parties in O.S.Nos.360 of 2018 and 39 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif,

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police and on such appearance, the third respondent police is directed to proceed in the manner known to law and is also directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 09.11.2022.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
