This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.When the matter is taken for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on a complaint given by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and it was closed. He would further submit that during the enquiry, the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
