PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to accommodate the petitioner in the available vacancy at Panchayat Union Middle School, Singarakkottai, Vadamadurai Union, Dindigul District in conformity with paragraph 24 (2) of the order dated made in W.P.(MD) No.19528 of 2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Claiming benefit of the order dated 25.11.2019 passed in W.P. (MD) No.19528 of 2019, the petitioner herein has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to accommodate the petitioner in the available vacancy at Panchayat Union Middle School, Singarakkottai, Vadamadurai Union, Dindigul District.
2.The petitioner's earlier request, by way of a representation dated 01.09.2019, is pending before the third respondent. However, since the subsequent order of this Court came to be passed on 25.11.2019, it would be appropriate if liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh representation for ventilating his grievances. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its view with regard to the petitioner's entitlement to be deployed in the school, where, he seeks to be posted. 3.In the light of the above observation, liberty is granted to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the fourth respondent in the light of the above observations made and on receipt of such representation, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
