PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2021, which is pending before the 2nd respondent. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.09.2021, which is pending before the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.210/2021. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and the counter parties stated that by mistake, they sold the property, which belongs to the petitioner, they are ready to cancel the above said sale deed and all the expenses will be borne by them. On the basis of the above said understanding reached between the parties, the above said complaint was closed on 11.11.2021.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous. 2/4
