This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry in a speedy manner on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024 and take further action.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to file fresh representation with same cause of action and with sufficient materials. There shall be no order as to costs.
