This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner and his son are facing a case for the offence under Section 302 IPC and the same is pending for trial and that both of them are history sheeted persons.
