ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.B in Crl.M.P.No.4940 of 2024, dated 15.10.2024 imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

2. The Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. for a period of thirty days.

3. The present petition has been filed on the ground that the condition imposed by the Court below is onerous. That apart, the petitioner is also taking treatment for Asthma.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Court below only for a period of four days.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side and also considering the fact that investigation is already at the verge of completion, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police every Friday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.
