O RDER This petition is filed to quash the Crime No.259 of 2023, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner is concerned. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a case in Crime No.259 of 2023, which was registered for the offences under Sections 143 and 341 of IPC and Section 3 of TN Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement), Act, 1959, on 06.09.2023 as against the petitioner and others. This petition is filed seeking quashment.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) for the first respondent would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram, on 01.11.2023, but the same was not taken on file so far. 4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at 2/4

liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved by the contents of the final report.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
