2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court directs the third respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.350/2019 and directs the second respondent Police to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent Police.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.350 of 2019 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent Police is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by 2/4

the third respondent Police.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
