ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly submitted that the case in C.C.No. 100281 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District has been disposed of with conviction on 17.09.2025.

2. Recording the above submission, the Suo Motu TR (MD) No. 10567 of 2025 stands closed.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
