ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No. 46 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Tuticorin. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2021, was ended in acquittal on 28.02.2024 and he has also produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2021, dated 28.02.2024.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
