JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This Writ Appeal has been instituted to assail the order dated 01.08.2024 made in REV.APLW(MD)No.141 of 2024. 2.The fact remains that the respondent herein filed W.P.(MD)Nos.11055 and 7207 of 2024 and the same were allowed by the learned Single Judge on 03.06.2024. Challenging the said order passed by the Writ Court, the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Ltd., preferred W.A.(MD)No.1863 of 2025 and the Division Bench of this Court allowed the Writ Appeal, vide order dated 11.07.2025 by setting aside the order of the Writ Court dated 03.06.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.11055 of 2024. Subsequently, the review application filed by the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Ltd., was taken up for hearing and the learned Single Judge dismissed the same, vide order dated 01.08.2024, which resulted in filing of the Writ Appeal.

3.Once the Writ Appeal filed by the Marketing Corporation Ltd., has already been allowed and the order of the learned Single Judge has been set aside, the review petition itself become unnecessary. Therefore, the order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 11.07.2025 made in W.A.(MD)No.1863 of 2025 will prevail. Thus, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
