ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 336(3) of BNS Act in Crime No.Not known on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.11.2024, this Court has

passed the following order:

"This Court while passing the earlier order in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15026 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024 made it clear that enquiry must be completed within a period of two weeks.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that enquiry has not been completed.

3. In the light of this submission, it is seen that the earlier order passed by this Court dated 09.09.2024, has not been complied with.

4. Registry is directed to post this petition on 08.11.2024. By then, the respondent Police must come up with further course of action to be taken in this case."

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that enquiry has been completed and that the petitioners will not be called for enquiry

hereafter.
