O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for early disposal of O.S.No.158 of 2016 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai.

2. When the present Civil Revision Petition was filed, the suit was posted for cross-examination of P.W.1. Notice was issued on the second and third respondent, however, it has been returned as "refused and unclaimed respectively". Therefore, the service is deemed to be completed to them. However, notice sent to the first respondent is returned with an endorsement "no such addressee".

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is listed for arguments on 17.12.2021.

4. Considering the fact that the revision is filed only for early disposal of the suit which has been pending since the year 2016, this Court passing the order without hearing the respondents directs the V Additional District Judge, Madurai, to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ _________

C.R.P.(MD) No.2336 of 2019 dispose of the suit within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
