Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 particularly the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's objections dated 03.07.2024 1/4

and 04.10.2024 made in the nature of forbearing the third respondent from mutating the revenue records relating to the property comprised in Survey No. 230/2 measuring about 8 Acres 93 cents situated at Elamanam Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District either in favour of the respondents Nos.4 & 5 or in favour of other third parties not otherwise than due process of law within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 particularly, the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's objections dated 03.07.2024 and 04.10.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to hear the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 & 2/4

5 including any other interested parties on the objection raised by the petitioner dated 03.07.2024 and 04.10.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
