ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.256 of 2020 filed by the husband seeking divorce.

2. Considering the fact that the respondent in H.M.O.P had already filed her counter, this Court directs the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.256 of 2020 after giving due opportunity to both the parties, on or before 31.08.2023.

3. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
