The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition, since the date of judgment convicting the petitioner is 22.12.2022 and the learned counsel stated that after a period of four months, when the petitioner completes two years of confinement, he may be permitted to file a fresh application. 2.Such permission is granted. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
