ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.242 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Karur.

2.The marriage between the parties was solemnized on 10.03.2019. But, thereafter there was continuous harassment to the petitioner at the hands of the respondent. Hence, they separated each other. Thereafter, the respondent filed this H.M.O.P. proceedings before the Family Court, Dindigul. But, it is very difficult for the petitioner to attend the above said proceedings in Dindigul. Hence, seeking transfer of the same, this petition has been filed.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter may be transferred to Sub Court, Vedasandur, which is the midplace between Dindigul and Karur. 4.But, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the convenience of the wife, the H.M.O.P.No.242 of 2022, filed by the respondent on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Karur. 2/4

5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.03.2024 NCC :
