Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner challenges the impugned peace committee meeting decision minutes dated 06.10.2023.

3. It is well settled that such decision shall have no binding effect or legal consequence. In other words, even if the petitioner breaches the terms of the decision, the authorities will not invoke their official powers to enforce the decision. This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
