PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide copy of the OMR sheet written by the petitioner for the written test held on 10.09.2022 for the post of Executive Officer Gr.III included in Group-VIII B Service. ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by an aspirant to the post of Gr.VIII B service, seeking a mandamus to provide OMR answer sheet of the petitioner for the written test held on 10.09.2022. 1/4

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Public Service Commission submitted that by way of proceedings dated 07.11.2024, issued by the respondent public service commission, the copy of OMR sheet written by the petitioner for the written test held on 10.09.2022 has been forwarded to the writ petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already been complied with by the respondent.

3. In view of the above said circumstances, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
