The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, the issuance of notice to the private respondent is not necessary.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also perused the records.

4. The wife has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, against the respondent seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty and the same is pending.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2021 within a period of (08) eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
