ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sathiyachidambaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Petition is filed seeking extension of time for redeposit the RC book before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy District in Crl.M.P.No.8299 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.101 of 2019, dated 08.11.2019 in connection with Cr.No.514 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.
