RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.17408 of 2022 on 29.09.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17408 of 2022, dated 29.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17408 of 2022, dated 29.09.2022. is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
