2019, on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner, has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 526 of 2019 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
