2. The petitioner is the complainant in S.T.C.No.418 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of the matter was filed on 2022, there is no progress.

3. By the order dated 20.10.2023, a report was called for from the concerned trial Court, wherein we find that the bailable warrant is pending against the respondent herein. After sending the same to the Superitendent of Police, Pudukkottai District, for execution, the respondent appeared before the concerned trial Court and the said warrant was recalled on 10.01.2023.

4. In view of the above said development, let the above said trial process be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
