JUDGMENT

Today i.e. 08.12.2022, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant stated that this case was settled before the trial Court in E.P.No.12 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.133 of 2019 and the order copy was also filed to that effect.

2.In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
