ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner wants action to be taken under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 in respect of the petition mentioned document.

3. The Inspector General of Registration had issued circular dated 29.09.2023 directing the District Registrars not to hold any enquiry or pass any order under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 till the 2/4

issue is resolved by the Hon'ble Larger Bench. In this view of the matter, the second respondent shall keep the petitioner's complaint on file and take a call after the issue is resolved.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
