This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9683 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12159 of 2024, dated 13.09.2024. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by one week from today to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
