ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed to quash the seniority list prepared by the respondents on the basis of communal roster and to refix the seniority list on the basis of the merit list published by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
2. According to the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3, the seniority list prepared based upon the communal rotation has been recalled by an order, dated 27.09.2023 and promotion has been granted to the writ petitioner on 12.10.2023 based on merit seniority. The said fact is recorded. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
3. This writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed. 31.10.2023 3/5
