This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection from the trespass and life threat made by the respondents 3 to 5 in my land in Survey No.15/6 and 15/9 admeasuring 0.60.0 Hectares, situated at Sivagangai District, Ilayankudi Taluk, Nagamugundankudi Group, Periyavandalai Village, based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18615 of 2019 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.631 of 2019. He would further submit that after due enquiry, if it is found that necessary police protection has to be given to the petitioner, it will be given to the petitioner.
