ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by calling the petitioner frequently to the second respondent police station.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is running a finance company under the name of 'ABS Finance Company', that they have received 77 complaints as against the petitioner to the tune of Rs.54,60,000/- and that investigation is going on.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 05.12.2022 Index :
