Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 to expeditiously complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.174 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent No.3 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.174 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caastes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that after the registration of FIR, so far no progress is made in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the FIR was registered only on 23.08.2023 and not even three months is completed.

4.Let the investigation process be completed by the respondent police within the time stipulated as per Rules.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
