ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the counsel are present. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P.No.6896/2022 dated 24.05.2022, the enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed.

2. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
