Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam instead of respondent police daily at 10.30 am imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19633 of 2022, dated 07.11.2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition no. 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19633 of 2022, dated 07.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam daily at 10.30 am until further orders.
