Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Parvai : LD4VD/ 1121 dated 12.09.2024 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to drop the punishment of reduction of 2 years increment cut with cumulative effect and to re-credit 30 days leave in petitioner's leave account (Suspension period from 31.08.2022 to 29.09.2022) and to settle the arrears of pay and allowances consequent to the reduction of increment cut for 2 years with cumulative effect.

ORDER
