2.This Court by order, dated 19.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18688 of 2022 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with conditions.
3.Considering facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the averments made in this petition, the order passed by this Court, dated 19.10.2022 is modified and the petitioner are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, on all workings days at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required.
