ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher appointed in the fourth respondent School on 08.12.2017 to approve her appointment.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the proposal sent by the Management is pending with the first respondent herein. 2/5

The petitioner has also sent a representation to the first respondent herein on 10.10.2023.

3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposal sent by the fourth respondent School with regard to the appointment of the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
