This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to disburse compensation amount to the petitioner for the death of his son Dinesh Kumar, 17 years old boy.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2023 by conducting an enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
