Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition from stay at Trichy and appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy to appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.5, Egmore, Chennai to enable the petitioner for complying the condition imposed by the condition in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13026 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 13026 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, F2 Egmore Police Station, Chennai every Saturday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders.
