ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents not to harass the petitioner by compelling him to execute the bond u/s. 110 Cr.P.C without any valid reason.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is having fourteen previous cases. Hence, they have to take action 110 Cr.P.C. proceedings against the petitioner. There is no harassment against the petitioner. If notice is issued, the petitioner must accept it and appear before the Authority and workout remedy. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
