PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.239/2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent herein in order to conduct proper investigation and to cull out the truth and to collect the offensive documents which is in exclusive possession of the accused. O RDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.239/2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent herein in order to conduct proper investigation and to cull out the truth and to collect the offensive documents which is in exclusive possession of the accused.

2.On the ground that the respondent is not having jurisdiction to investigate the present matter, this petition has been filed. Another ground raised by the petitioner is that right from the beginning the Investigating Officer has not properly investigated the matter.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the point of jurisdiction now the matter is going to be transferred to concerned investigating agency. If it so, let the above said recommendation be made immediately, considering the oldness of the matter. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
