ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus forbearing the respondents from constructing any drainage in the petitioner's patta land in S.No.263/4 in Kulathur Nayakar Patti Village, Gantharvakottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based upon petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2023

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has received written instructions from the 3rd respondent to the effect that the District Collector has issued proceedings on 09.09.2024, cancelling the administrative sanction granted for constructing the drainage.

3. In view of the cancellation of the work order, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. It is open to the writ petitioner to approach the Court in case if any fresh attempt is made by the officials.
