Mr.R.Sureshkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 115 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.115 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons on the false assurance of providing job to the defacto complainant received a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- and 1/3

thereafter neither secured job nor returned the money, hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. He would further submit that this petitioner is A5 and only A1 to A4 received the amount and he is no way connected with the crime, hence he seeks anticipatory to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that petitioner also received amount from some victim, hence he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. It is a case of job racketing. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner herein also received some amount from the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
