PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction to the Respondent No.2 to not to interfere in the Civil Dispute of the petitioners with the Respondent No.3 by considering the petitioners representation dated 13.10.2023.

Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the Civil Dispute of the petitioners with the third respondent by considering the petitioners representation dated 13.10.2023. 2.Based on the complaint given by the first petitioner namely Palaniammal over the land issue, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.783 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and they given statement to resolve the issue by measuring the property. With the above said undertaking, that was closed. Subsequent to that, the occurrence took place on 12.10.2023. Based upon the above said occurrence, the complaint was given by one Meena against these petitioners and others. Over which, a case in Crime No.523 of 2023 was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341 and 506(i) of IPC, on 12.10.2023.

3.In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings.
