ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain TANGEDCO from providing electricity connection to the seventh respondent in respect of the petition mentioned survey numbers. The petitioner had already filed civil suit. The petitioner has to move only the learned trial Judge for the relief now sought for. The writ Court cannot go into the rival questions of title.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the jurisdictional civil Court in the pending civil suit, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
